Stage 4 and Stage 5 students apply CAD/CAM principles to their practical projects, designing circuit boards using an electronics CAD program, use a CNC milling machine to emulate industrial manufacturing processes and make comparisons between traditional manufacturing methods and automated CNC manufacturing.
