- Web designers are obliged to ensure that all students, including those with a disability, can participate fully in the programs, services and facilities provided by the education or training institution, including access to the World Wide Web.
- Providers are obliged to negotiate with students who have a disability, and implement any reasonable adjustments necessary to ensure that they are able to participate in all educational programs and services.
- Course material must be made available in appropriate formats and, where conversion of materials into alternative formats is required, students are not to be disadvantaged by the time taken for conversion.
