If you have a visual disability, go to http://www.adobe.com/enterprise/accessibility/main.html to access their free tools which allow visually disabled users to read documents in Adobe PDF format. These tools convert PDF files into either HTML or ASCII text which can be read by many screen readers.
These tools approximate the logical reading order of the text in an Adobe PDF file and reformat it into a single column of text. This enables visually disabled users to use familiar applications, screen readers and Web browsers.
